With a dream and vision of having a dedicated space to teach their workshops, Lauri, Artist, Creative Life & Soul Mentor, and Heather, Certified Business Coach, ventured together to find the perfect space to share. A place they could decorate in warm inviting, colors and be able to offer an array of their own workshops and gatherings.
Lauri and Heather saw a need for other small business owners to have a quaint space to host their own workshops and gatherings and are excited to offer the space for rent on an hourly basis at a incredibly affordable price. This will allow other Soloprenuers to effectively and affordably operate their business to accommodate one on one meetings or small group gatherings.
Located in a one level office building at 7900 S 1323 W, W. Jordan, UT

Rates:
- $15 per hour (min 2 hours which needs to include your setup, take out and clean up time
- $100 per day for 7 or more hours
Tour available by appointment only. Availibility is limited due to our own business usage so it is reccomended you book early to secure your spot.
Payment (non refundable) in full is required to secure date(s) and we require 72 hours notice for cancellations. Payment for cancellations can be transferred to another date if used within 45 days.
